NOT SATISFIED WITH YOUR PRODUCT?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or have been sent the incorrect product please let us know by phone (01702548418) or by e-mail (email@example.com) within 14 days of receipt, we will arrange to collect the item as long as it’s in its original condition.
If you have ordered the incorrect product, we will take the product back as long as it’s in its original condition. Returned items must be in original packaging and shipping will be arranged by the customer.
Non-returnable items include damaged products through customer mishandling.
Processed refunds are completed within 10 business days and once the product has been received back at Direct Packaging Limited. Refunds will be issued based on your original form of payment (PayPal, credit card, debit card, etc.)
For returned items, a full refund will be credited for defective products.
For non-defective items, refund excludes all shipping fees.
